Incredibly attractive Day-Date that just hits different!

By now you have seen dozens of Day-Dates hitting our webshop. One might say we are seasoned Day-Date dealers that are specialised in uncommon configurations. Usually because of an extraordinary dial made out of stone or lacquered by Stella; but this time we are offering a specimen where the spectacular finish takes the cake! The 1806 is known for the "Florentine" finish (in old Rolex catalogues referred to as "Tuscan") and is the only reference where the decoration can also be found on the case itself instead of just the bezel and bracelet. Last mentioned comes as an intricate Brick-construction, with the fold-over clasp stamped 1963, matching the year of the serial in the case.

Since the watch dates back to 1963 it features more interesting details. The dial has so-called doorstop markers and the shape of the hands are referred to as "cigarette-hands". The dial itself has a matte champagne shade and is absolutely spotless with all tritium plots intact.

Due to the surface finish, it is easy to determine the condition; which is in this case remains exceptional. The bracelet is also long so will fit most wrists. There is absolutely no reason not to fall in love with this stunner.
